1. Come say hi
Our goal is to help you achieve a healthy, beautiful smile, and we believe that your first orthodontic visit is the most important one, but the first visit to a doctor’s office can be intimidating, especially for kids.
There’s no need to worry—your first visit to Heights Orthodontics will be completely painless.
Your free consultation will allow you to meet our wonderful, caring team and get to know Dr. Trulby.
He’ll be happy to help you find treatment options that are best suited to your needs and to help you learn more about orthodontics.
We will also:
- Review your medical and dental history
- Provide a complete oral examination to determine what treatments, if any, are appropriate for you and your family
- Help you create a customized treatment plan with estimated treatment durations
- Discuss all financial information, insurance options, and payment plans
During this visit, our highly-trained orthodontic treatment coordinator will take some digital photographs of your teeth. These images are the best way for Dr. Trulby to further examine your teeth, jaws, and facial soft tissue in greater detail.
2. Designing your unique
treatment plan
After reviewing your records, Dr. Trulby will join you in a private consultation room to discuss your individualized and unique treatment plan.
Dr. Trulby will point out specific areas of concern and show you what kind of corrections you can expect, along with photos and videos of similar cases as examples.
Dr. Trulby will take as much time as you need to answer your questions and decide what kind of treatment is best for you.
Dr. Trulby and his assistant will then walk you through the orthodontic process, explaining everything along the way—from scheduling and expected discomfort levels, to finances and payment options.
We’ll be candid with you about your diagnosis, our recommendations, and any alternative treatment options. By working together, we can help you achieve your goal of a healthy, beautiful smile.
3. Start your treatment the
same day
Your orthodontic journey will take a series of visits to Heights Orthodontics.
We’ll build a relationship together through your treatment process and Dr. Trulby wants you to feel confident that you’re receiving the best care possible.
Once you feel like we've answered all of your questions, you can even start your treatment at your free consultation.
